stand on the sand with a mollusc in your hand.
You shall dance to the beat of the sea.
Only invertebrates will understand
how you navigate the waves so gracefully.

I shall
walk by your side to the rhythm of the tide.
I shall glide through the waves without help
in a codpiece of octopus’s hide
and a very fetching necklace made of kelp.

like a dogfish troop.
