If you want to avoid rickets
then you should partake in cricket
or another pastime played without a roof above your head
If your source of light’s fluorescent
then try something incandescent
like the sun. Despite the press it’s not all bad.
While you’re at it see the country
spend some time among the gum trees
studies show there are advantages for your health to be had.
hours spent with one’s devices
are nowhere near as nice as
in the company of cherished confidantes
but if you’re not into people
try communing with a beetle
it could give you all the social stimulation that you want
you don’t have to pat a tiger
neither base jump off The Eiger
you don’t even have to hug a figging tree
stick a flower in your hot pants
at the very least a pot plant
in your loungeroom and euphoria will flourish naturally
